Processing Times

My standard processing time is 3-5 business days (does not include weekends) for normal items. Personalized items usually take 1-2 weeks. During busy times, personalized items may take longer; check those listings for updated processing times.

US Shipping

I ship all orders via USPS Letter Mail or Ground Advantage mail. Orders generally arrive in 3-7 days from the ship date, although during busy seasons or inclement weather, it may take longer.

USPS Letter Mail - if your order contains only stickers/cards/patches and is small enough to send via letter mail (less than 3.5oz), then I will send your items via letter mail and issue a $5 shipping refund.

Free US shipping for orders over $50! This will be automatically applied when you checkout.

Please make sure to input the correct shipping address, as I am not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping address.

International Shipping

Shipping to Canada is available at a flat rate of $13 USD. Packages are sent via Asendia with tracking included, usually taking 1-3 weeks. Buyers are responsible for any customs, tariffs, and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I may add shipping to other countries in the future, but in the meantime, visit my Etsy Shop for international shipping to Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, United Kingdom. If your country is not listed, please contact me, and I can see if it can be added. I am not currently shipping to the EU or Northern Ireland due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
