Processing Times

My standard processing time is 3-5 business days (does not include weekends) for normal items. Personalized items usually take 1-2 weeks. During busy times, personalized items may take longer; check those listings for updated processing times.

US Shipping

You may choose USPS Ground Advantage or Priority. In Oct 2026, USPS made Ground Advantage from Hawaii slower, so it may take 2-3 weeks to receive your package. USPS Priority will be faster.

USPS Letter Mail - if your order contains only stickers/cards/patches and is small enough to send via letter mail (less than 3.5oz), then I will send your items via letter mail ($1-$2) and refund the extra shipping.

Free US shipping for orders over $75! This will be automatically applied when you checkout.

Please make sure to input the correct shipping address, as I am not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping address.

International Shipping

I offer shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan vis USPS or UPS. USPS has increased shipping times from Hawaii, so it may take 2-6 weeks. Buyers are responsible for any customs, tariffs, and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
